Bold City Jazz Society chose its name because we want to have a resounding impact on bringing and keeping Jazz thriving in Jacksonville. The Bold City Jazz Society envisions a jazz structure where universities, businesses, middle and high schools, nonprofits, and government agencies are not just passive observers, but active partners. This synergy is central to the society's bold approach.
